How long does it take to receive my order?

All orders within the United States are usually processed between 7-10 business days from the date complete payment of the order is made. Complex orders/add-ons may increase turnaround. Shipping time may vary with the order and is not factored into the processing of the order time. A notification will be sent once the order is shipped.  

How about if I am outside the United States, how can I have my purchased order delivered to me?

All orders at this time can be shipped within the US, Canada, United Kingdom and Nigeria only.

How about if I need my order to be delivered to me by a certain date?

It is important to notify us of such deadlines when placing your order and a rush fee may apply if there is not enough time to complete your order under normal circumstances. Failure to inform us of about any deadlines until after your order has been paid for and after the first hour has expired may not allow for accommodation of your request.  There is a $45 change of order fee.  Any changes to your order after it has been placed will delay your order, even if you have paid a rush fee and/or have given us a required date.   We are not responsible for any shipping delays caused by the shipping company.

Can I have my purchased items sent by express mail?

We offer United States Postal Service First class and Priority mail.  Please send us an email at hello@daymylane.com.

How about if I need to make changes to my order after it has been placed?

You cannot change your address or any of the items in your order once it has been submitted, but orders are cancelable for an hour after they are placed.  Please send an email to customerservice@daymylane.com.

What if I place multiple orders?

For inventory purposes each item is an individual order.  We will do our best to consolidate multiple orders in one shipment on one invoice.  However, orders may be shipped over several days in multiple packages.

How do I place an order for a customized t-shirt design not currently offered on the website or place bulk orders?

Can I get my Day MyLane Scarves in Silk?

Yes. Our scarves come in a variety of designs and fabrics. On the website you can place an order for the scarves in Chiffon and Satin Charmeuse. Our scarves are also available in silk. To place an order for silk scarves send an email to inquiries@daymylane.com and in the Subject Header, type in Silk Scarves.

In what ways does Day MyLane minimize waste?

Sustainability is Important to Day MyLane.
A good number of our offerings are made on-demand, which means once you place the order, we start working to get it to you. It takes time for us to create and send out the product, but making each order on-demand allows us to avoid overproduction. This way we get to take care of you, and the planet we all share. Any general tips on how to care for items?

Hand wash otherwise, wash cold and hang to dry.

What factors should I consider when selecting a shirt?

Fit, Color Fabric, Style and Function. Ladies’ shirts typically have a more tailored fit than a Unisex or Men’s shirt. which may require you to go up a size.

 

How do I figure out my measurements and which size of t-shirt(s) would be a good fit for me?

How do I get rid of those fuzzy balls on my sweatshirt?

These mini fuzz balls are typically noticeable in the underarm areas or areas where there tends to be friction. A normal part of wear and tear, it may also result from improper washing techniques.

It is also common with synthetic fabrics.

A fabric shaver, comb or stone can be used to shave off these fuzzy balls on your sweaters or tops.

Avoid powder detergents.

Wash inside out and lay out to dry.

Avoid strapping cross-body bags and jackets with stiff or abrasive linings over garments because the friction can exacerbate pilling.

Some dry cleaners offer a depilling service. Fabrics like cotton or denim are not prone to fabric pilling.

How do I determine what type of fabric my t-shirt comes in?
Unless otherwise stated, these are cotton t-shirts. Colors which are described as Vintage X or Heather X are blends.

What is the difference between a Slogan Shirt and a Graphic T-shirt?

A Slogan Shirt is a type of Graphic T-shirt and the print consists of words or phrases.

What if an item I want is not currently available?

Some items sell out much faster than we predict and therefore we cannot ensure permanent availability of all items.  We will provide the best information we can on the anticipated shipping dates.  However, we reserve the right to cancel any order(s) where the product(s) is/are no longer available.

How do I find out what the exact measurements of the shirts?

Refer to the size chart by clicking here or on the link in the product listing for the exact specifications.  Colors may vary due to monitor calibrations, lighting.  Sizes are approximate.  Products may appear larger or smaller on the website.    Small irregularities and differences are expected.

What if the item I receive is defective?

We take the utmost care to describe and display items accurately using current printing technologies, but slight variations in actual goods may occur.  We will be happy to replace defective items or refund your purchase.  Item damage caused by normal use or wear and tear does not qualify as defective.

How do I return an item?

We stand behind our products and want customers to be satisfied with them.  Please contact us at customerservice@daymylane.com.

All returns must be made within 30 days from purchase with your request.  We reserve the right not to accept the return if the item has been returned without prior communication from the buyer and/or 30 days or more have passed from the date of purchase.  Items must be unworn, undamaged, unwashed and with tags on.  There are no returns on sale items – unless the item is physically damaged.  Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.

Please return to the address below using a trackable method, at customer’s expense. Once we receive your package, we will promptly process an exchange or issue a refund in accordance with this policy.  Please allow 10-14 working days for your refund to process.

How do I verify an item is a Final Sale?
Check the product listing or and the promotional offer .

What happens with items that are FINAL sale and customer is requesting a refund or replacement?
For an item that is damaged or has any missing/incorrect print, reach out to us. It is up to our discretion to either reship the item or refund you the amount. Final Sale items are included in the product listing on the site and this applies to all Phone cases.
