About This Project
This project focuses on revamping and archiving the founding collection of Day MyLane. The goal is to create a clean, modern, and user-friendly website that reflects the brand’s identity while preserving its original essence. We aim to enhance visual presentation, improve structure, and ensure a seamless browsing experience across all devices.

The objective is to design, build, and deliver a high-quality Founding Collection page that:
- Showcases curated products and archive content
- Enhances visual storytelling
- Aligns with business goals and branding
- Integrates seamlessly within the existing website
What Will Be Delivered
Complete website revamp
Page wireframe (structure + layout planning)
Desktop and mobile design mockups
Fully developed responsive webpage
Functional navigation, buttons, and links
Proper typography and image placement
Content upload including:
- Up to 6 images
- 15 products/archive items
- 6 text sections
- 6 linked posts or titles
Pre-launch QA (bug fixing, responsiveness, link testing)
Final handoff with editable access and notes
Project Timeline
Delivery shall occur within 3-5 business days after Contractor receives:
this signed Agreement
the initial payment, and
all required content, logins, and brand materials from Client.
Contractor shall provide the initial design concept no later than business day 2 or 3.
Any delay caused by missing materials or delayed feedback extends the schedule by the same number of business days.

Revisions and Acceptance
Fee includes unlimited rounds of edits. A "full round of edits" means one consolidated set of written feedback from the Client on a delivered draft, covering reasonable revisions to layout, spacing, typography, image placement, button text, and copy formatting within the approved page structure. A full round does not include a new creative direction, new sections not previously approved, or replacement of substantially all content. Corrections of bugs, unresolved issues, broken links, responsiveness defects, or failure to follow the approved mockup do not count as a revision round. The Client shall review each submission within 2 business days, and deliverables are deemed accepted unless the Client provides written notice of material nonconformity within 2 business days of delivery.

Project Fee
Project fee: USD $150.00 flat fee is due no later than completion of the project that is satisfactory to Client.

Ownership
All work product, drafts, designs, layouts, code, files, and related materials created under this Agreement are specially commissioned for DML and shall be deemed work made for hire to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent any work is not considered work made for hire, the Contractor hereby irrevocably assigns to DML all right, title, and interest in and to such work upon creation. The Contractor may display the final publicly launched page in their portfolio solely for self-promotion, provided that no confidential information, drafts, backend screenshots, strategy documents, or unpublished materials are disclosed.

Confidentiality
All non-public information received from DML, including brand boards, login credentials, mockups, drafts, business information, and site access, is confidential. The Contractor shall use such information only to perform the services, shall not share it with any third party, shall not subcontract without DML's prior written consent, and shall return or permanently delete all confidential materials and credentials at the end of the project upon DML's request.

Agreement Terms
DML may terminate this Agreement for a material breach or a missed delivery deadline not cured within 2 business days after written notice. If terminated before substantial completion due to the Contractor’s breach, the Contractor shall refund amounts paid for undelivered work. This Agreement is governed by Maryland law, and the parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state or federal courts located in Maryland. DML may also seek injunctive relief for any breach of confidentiality or misuse of intellectual property.
